HELLO everyone! Sorry I have not updated in a while, but as tomato season is starting so seems to be the interest in salsa. I just made my first 3 batches of salsa for 2009 last week. I am looking at attending 2 salsa competitions in New Jersey over the next few months, but am not 100% yet. Both have peoples choice and I do like that, however I am not sure I will have a canopy and everything else ready for the first one which is in March, but I still might go for the salsa competition itself.
